Nightmares and More Nightmares
Worriedits been going on for the past few wks and the only cure I have noticed is lighting up some frankincense and sandalwood incense in the room and I have no more nightmares. I can't very well do that every night...?
I don't want to be getting hooked on wine drinking b4 I crash, neither...
I can't do tea right b4 bed, cuz I will be up all night having to go to the bathroom.
This morning I woke up with cramps in my lower of my stomach...don't know if I am having sympathy pains from my best friend in Hermiston or not...I just don't know.
I tried to cry alittle bit on the swing outside, but it didn't last. I don't know what kind of solution I can relieve this...whatever it is...
I may go back to bed after this update on deviantart.
Been hooked to Facebook lately...anyone on there to be added to my circle of friends?
